Hailing from Bozeman, Montana, Susan Story is our Financial Manager—or as we call her, our resident receipt wrangler, process herder, and reporting wizard. Like her spirit landscaping material, natural shredded mulch, Susan has a rare talent for taking the messiest situation and making it look pulled together.

Fueled by coffee and her cats, Izzy and Eris, Susan tackles the firm’s finances with the stealth focus of a Velociraptor and the problem-solving chops needed to navigate a business that sometimes feels like Alice in Wonderland.

When she isn’t wrangling spreadsheets, you’ll find her hiking, biking, playing with her grandbabies, volunteering at church, or hunting down authentic tacos—usually with AC/DC or Pink Floyd cranked to maximum volume. A survivor of 80s fashion and raising five kids, Susan brings endless humor, warmth, and sharp precision to our team.
