Lex A. Tillison

Junior Landscape Supervisor

By day, Lex wrangles unruly shrubbery, conquers chaotic flower beds, and commands an army of hedge shears with the precision of a botanical general. As a seasoned Landscape Supervisor, she’s known far and wide (at least within a five-mile radius) for transforming overgrown jungles into pristine garden masterpieces. It’s been whispered that plants grow straighter out of sheer respect when Lex walks by.

But when she’s not busy making sure the gardens are serene and pristine, Lex harbors a passion for something even wilder than invasive ivy: dinosaurs. While many settle for a predictable T. rex obsession, Lex’s second-favorite dino is the Mosasaurus—a massive, aquatic lizard beast that would 100% eat your jet ski and still be hungry. Why second-favorite? That’s a mystery only Lex and her top-secret first favorite dino know.

She’s a woman of mystery, mulch, and Mesozoic monsters. Whether she’s coordinating a crew or passionately explaining why the Mosasaurus deserved more time on the big screen, Lex brings humor, heart, and horticultural heroism to everything she does.

Just don’t ask her to pick a favorite mulch—she claims it’s classified.
