The Stables

Adjoining the County Line Road property, The Stables were designed as a stand-alone project with a similar aesthetic to the greater estate. Existing features, such as the retention pond, barn, and mature oak trees throughout the property, drove the comprehensive site design, while traditional equestrian elements, such as the tree lined driveway, paddock, granite cobblestone drive court, open pasture fields, and crushed limestone arena were integrated with post and board fencing to meet the needs of the owners and their horses. Responding to the architecture of The Stables, large sandstone boulders were utilized to create terraced beds and access from both levels of the structure. Lighting was installed throughout the property from the beginning of the driveway to outline the path and emphasize the entry to the stables. This elegant retreat is the Ritz-Carlton of horse stables.
