The Stables

This beautifully modern and detail-oriented stable has so many breathtaking features. The site includes a little bit of everything – a fully installed paddock, granite cobble auto court, existing retention pond, open pasture fields, a tree lined driveway, and a series of retaining walls allowing the upper finished floor and lower finished floor to be both accessible from the driveway. Retaining walls and landscape beds to the side of the building contain many plantings similar to the sandstone column focal point near the county line road, tying the landscape together from start to finish. Lighting was installed throughout the property from the beginning of the driveway to outline the driveway and emphasize the entry to the stables. This elegant retreat is the Ritz-Carlton of horse stables.
